Our Legal Counsel here at work provided me a copy of Social Intelligence, The New Science of Success (Beyond IQ, Beyond EI, Applying Multiple Intelligence Theory to Human Interactios). This is a fascinating study of human interactions and how intelligence goes beyond the judgment of one single trait, that being IQ. The book focuses on five dimensions of social intelligence including situational awareness, presence, authenticity, clarity, and empathy.
