Recently I had the chance to hear Jeff Jarvis speak on his new book What Would Google Do. The video below was given at Google’s author speaker series earlier in the year. It is essentially the same presentation and gives a great overview of how companies should become platforms and constantly live in beta production, learn to fail quickly, and innovate rapidly.
